NDIS Customers

We are pleased to offer a range of products for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are self-managed or plan-managed. Our range supports people with disability by promoting communication, understanding of routines, and independence in everyday activities. Items may be purchased using NDIS funding under Core Supports - Consumables or Low-cost Assistive Technology, where appropriate.

Self-Managed

Self-managed participants can place and pay for orders online as normal.

A tax invoice will be provided via email when you make your purchase.

Orders are dispatched once payment is received.

Plan-Managed

If you are plan-managed, we can issue an invoice directly to your plan manager.

  1. Add your items to the cart.
  2. Enter the required NDIS participant details and your plan manager’s email address.
  3. At checkout, select NDIS - Plan Managed (Invoice) as the payment method.
  4. We will review the order and issue an invoice to the plan manager for payment.
  5. Once payment is received, we will prepare and post your order.

Note: if the checkout defaults to your personal 'shop pay' account, select check out as guest.

NDIS Documents

At Growing Skills, our visual aids are designed to support individuals with disabilities in building independence and completing daily tasks.

As a NDIS participant, you may be eligible to purchase our aids through your plan. Our aids meet the NDIS criteria for "reasonable and necessary" supports, and we have provided detailed documentation to help therapists and families understand how they can benefit you or the person you support.
