If you are self-managed, you have two options:

Option 1: Pay at checkout
1. Place your order through the website as normal and pay at checkout.
2. If you require a tax invoice, one can be provided on request.
3. Orders paid at checkout are dispatched as usual.

Option 2: Request an invoice
1. Add your items to the cart.
2. At checkout, select NDIS – Self Managed (Invoice) as the payment method.
3. Complete the NDIS participant details requested.
4. An invoice will be provided for payment.
5. Once payment is received, we will prepare and post your order.

If you are plan-managed, we can issue an invoice directly for your plan manager.

1. Add your items to the cart.
2. At checkout, select NDIS - Plan Managed (Invoice) as the payment method.
3. Enter the required NDIS participant details and your plan manager’s email address.
4. We will review the order and issue an invoice to the plan manager for payment.
5. Once payment is received, we will prepare and post your order.
